THINKBiT is led by people with experience across risk management, internal audit, enterprise engineering, artificial intelligence, commercial growth and operational strategy. The team is focused on building intelligent systems that are technically strong, commercially useful and grounded in real-world problems.

Rahman Shah Sahib

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Rahman is the Founder and CEO of THINKBiT. He brings a multidisciplinary background across biomedical science, risk management, internal audit, software development and emerging technology. He holds a BSc in Biomedical Science, an MSc in Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine, and an MSc in Internal Audit, Management and Consultancy. Rahman spent more than five years working within internal audit, with most of that time in UK central government and a further year in the private sector, gaining practical experience across governance, risk management, internal controls and organisational assurance. His postgraduate research explored the application of artificial intelligence in risk management, forming the foundation for RISKMiND and the wider THINKBiT mission.

Naeem Mujeeb

Technology Lead

Naeem is a software engineer, AI enthusiast and technology leader with experience building scalable enterprise systems, intelligent applications and modern digital products. He currently works as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, contributing to technology-driven solutions within one of the world's leading financial institutions. Previously, he worked as a Software Engineer at Visa, developing and supporting large-scale payment systems, API security validation, cloud-native applications, deployment automation, monitoring and user experience improvements across merchant platforms. His wider experience includes healthcare technology, machine learning, mobile application development and AI-driven projects supporting NHS initiatives.

Garry Gabayno

Growth and Strategy

Garry is Head of Growth and Performance at Alliance Clinical Services, where he leads business growth, commercial performance and strategic initiatives. He brings experience across healthcare, logistics, account management, operations and project delivery, with leadership roles focused on business development, stakeholder engagement, operational excellence and customer success. Garry holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Manchester, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business from the University of Birmingham and is a certified PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner. His expertise lies in scaling projects, improving operational performance and helping organisations capture opportunities in both established and emerging markets.
